Prism-7 Resourcing currently looking for an Office and Weighbridge Administrator for one of their prestigious clients based in Dagenham.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Issue instructions to drivers of vehicles entering and leaving site as required to ensure health and safety and operational procedures are adhered to.
· Day to day operation of the weighbridge.
· Checking delivery paperwork and duty of care documents for compliance with waste and animal by-product regulations.
· Dealing with transaction queries and customer enquiries.
· Collate and distribute various reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
· Dealing with supplier emails and calls.
· Logging, maintaining, and filing delivery notes and invoices.
· Maintaining and updating contact supplier details.
· Raise and process purchase orders using internal software programmes.
· Various styles of reporting to be done in an accurate and timely manner.
· Filing documentation and raising and processing purchase orders.
· Work as a team to ensure KPI budgets are met through cost and revenue administration.
· Assisting the site operational team with admin requirements, including compliance.
· Accurate weighbridge reconciliation and reporting.
Essential:
UK driving license, GCSE level, including Math’s and English.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams and Sharepoint(optional)
Shift: Monday to Friday, 8am till 5pm
Pay:£13.15/hour
