Position: Assembly Operative
Salary: £9.50 per hour
Location: Basildon
Hours: 06:00-14:30 and 13.00 to 20:30 Alternating Weekly Shifts
Description:
Prism 7 Resourcing are seeking Assembly Operatives for our client based in Basildon on a temporary to permanent basis.
You will be working in a busy, fast paced, clean and professional environment, on a shift rota basis of Monday to Friday 06:00 to 14:30 and the following week 13:30 to 22:00.
You will need a good eye for detail due to the nature of the product being produced, be nimble fingered with the ability to multi task.
Duties Will Include
- Oversee two production machines
- Loading machines with raw material
- A close inspection on quality checks
- Programming machines
- Unloading finished product
- Package items to company guidelines
Please note, no heavy lifting is involved but the ability to finely check products for quality is a key element.
The starting hourly salary is £8.91 although if successful in passing the 12-week assignment and offered a permanent position within the company this will increase.
