Position:    Recruitment Resourcer

Location:   Rainham, Essex

Hours:        Monday to Friday (full or part time avail)

Salary:       Negotiable depending on experience

Prism 7 Resourcing are a busy recruitment agency based in Rainham we specialise in the supply of HGV Drivers, Industrial and Commercial staff for various clients throughout Essex, North Kent and East London.

Due to expansion we have an immediate requirement for a experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join our team.

This position will require a candidate with a confident telephone manner who is organized, has good administrative skills and has the desire to progress as an Account Controller / Recruitment Consultant managing our busy Industrial division.

Duties:

  • Extensive telephone liaison with both candidates and clients
  • Liaising with candidates in regard to any queries they might have and to ensure their files are always up to date.
  • Maintaining spreadsheets on candidates and client’s information
  • Scanning and processing CVs, taking up and validating references
  • Arranging candidate interviews for the appropriate consultant
  • Liaising with members of staff in other departments or external contacts
  • Carry out clerical activities e.g. filing, copying, formatting cv’s
  • Providing effective back up when team members are absent i.e assisting with bookings
  • Answering the phones and taking messages.
  • Providing administrative support to our consultants
  • Onsite registrations with one of our consultants or on your own
  • Sending out letters, interview confirmations and rates agreements by post and email
  • Assisting with out of hours on call mobile

Please note this is not a full comprehensive list of duties as you will be asked to undertake other office duties were required

Skills

  • Must be vigilant and use own initiative and work quickly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Team player – working closely with the team in the office
  • Able to work on own initiative
  • Good communication skills both written and verbal
  • At least 1 years’ experience working within a recruitment agency environment
  • Confident telephone manner
  • Computer literate
  • Own transport is essential as there will be times you will be required to visit our clients or undertake an out of office registration day’s
