Prism 7, a staffing agency with offices in the UK and UAE, specialise in providing recruitment services across the Logistics, Transport and Manufacturing sectors. With an ever growing and extensive network of clients and candidates, we are now seeking a 360 Recruitment Consultant / BDM to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Sales / Area planning - please know this role will be 90% sales due to coming in on a cold desk. You must be confident in face value sales and have experience in BD face value.
- Updating the company CRM system
- Creating and posting job adverts to online platforms
- Registering new candidates and reviewing applications and CV’s
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates
- Tracking and monitoring the availability of existing and potential candidates Resourcing for open positions within the business
- Researching new & relevant potential clients, carrying out site visits, sending new business emails
- Providing feedback to clients and candidates
- Supporting candidates with the onboarding and compliance processes
Qualifications:
- Previous experience within a 360 recruitment or BDM role
- Passionate about recruitment and sales
- Confident, proactive and ambitious
- Ability to build and maintain relationship
- Self-motivated and a strong initiative
- Knowledge in Logistics Recruitment would be ideal but not essential
- A full UK driving license is essential
- Strong customer service skills
