Prism-7 resourcing is an established Driving and industrial staffing agency that provide reliable and quality staffing solutions for businesses on a National Level.
Following a recent internal restructure, we are now looking to expand, and bring in an experienced Business development manager, to build and eventually head up our brand new sales division.
In terms of the role itself please see points below:
- Salary: £27k-£32k Basic salary dependant on experience, attractive bonus structure with real potential to earn significantly more during year one.
- Freedom to structure your working week as you see fit, so long as the results come in, as we say, blank canvas. Typical working hours at Prism-7 are 07:30-17:00 for office based staff, however with a semi hybrid role we recognise that we cannot have the role too rigid in terms of working hours.
- As we grow, you grow, with the main aim of you building and heading up our sales division.
- No geograhical restrctions. You are free to target any areas that you so wish to, leaving you with the whole of the UK to work with.
- Business mileage and potential car allowance for those that are field based.
Desired criteria for the role is as below:
- At least 2 plus years business development experience, preferably within a recruitment setting. Experience within industrial and driving an advantage.
- Full UK driving licence
- Ability to travel into our Rainham,Essex HQ at least once per week for weekly progress meetings.
