Prism-7 Resourcing are looking for experienced HR for their client based in Barking.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with the induction of new staff – induction packs, associated information and equipment is available on first day of employment.
- Issuing of staff contracts, job descriptions
- Administration and upkeep of company handbook
- Managing personnel records and ensuring all are up to date
- Managing and recording sickness absence records using Breathe HR software
- Assisting with preparations for disciplinary and grievances as necessary
- Managing the annual leave process and recording of Operation staff annual leave ensuring employees leave is recorded using Breathe HR software
To be responsible for the leaver process including:-
- Leaving correspondence
- Leaver emails
- Calculating outstanding annual leave
- Contract renewals
- To assist with training and development administration, including keeping records of staff attending training, forwarding appropriate joining instructions and keeping training records as up to date as appropriate
- Monthly calculation of staff timesheets(BG)
- Administration and upkeep of travel arrangements and expenses
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations Variations
- Production of variation reports of sales staff, supplier, design, purchasing and operations department- manage to conclusion
- Daily chase tosales team and suppliers for answers to variations issued, take necessary action
- Daily resolve issues/ queries:Sales, Client & Supplier
- Ensure daily products affected by variation are correctly labelled withinwarehouse
- Ensure daily all completed variation documents updated emailed to confirm
- Daily manage company returns, via variation and collection-stock adjustments as necessary
Vehicles-
- Maintain vehicle maintenance files – MOT’s, servicing, road tax
- Maintain quarterly Driver licence checks using DVLA online checking service
- Assist in the application and upkeep of Operations Licence
- Daily reporting, recording management of vehicle defects highlighted by drivers in daily zero-defect vehicle check(BG)
- Laise with servicing dealers for vehicle defects/servicing etc(BG)
- Driver CPC/training -manage cards and certificates
- FTA-weekly vehicle tachograph and driver uploads, all non-conformities to be escalated to (BG)
Monday to Friday, 8::30am till 5:30pm
Ongoing work, Temp to Perm
Pay: £12 -£12.50/h
