Picker & Packer

Prism 7 Resourcing is now looking for a warehouse picker/packer to work an ongoing basis in Wickford, Essex area. This role is ready for an immediate start.Key Responsibilities:Reading and marking picking listsLocating stock using location codesWarehouse maintenance (ensuring clear stock locations and a tidy warehouse)Weighing and counting large quantities of stockLabelling productsPacking and palletising various jobs ready for dispatch.Checking orders.Communicating with other departments.Working across multiple departments.Identifying location errors.Stripping pallets.Other ad-hoc warehouse duties.Essential Knowledge & Skills:Good communication skills.Is a must to have excellent accuracy and attention to detail.Must be able to routinely lift boxes up to 25kg.Must be comfortable using a ladder.Basic knowledge of Health & Safety.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.Must be a trustworthy, reliable, team player.Schedule: Monday – Friday/ 08:00 AM -05:00 PMPay rate: £12.21/hDesirable Knowledge & Skills: Previous Picker/Packer experience
