Welcoming New Talent to Our Team

Our team continues to grow, bringing in top-tier professionals who enhance our ability to connect businesses with the right talent. This year, we welcomed:

• Oana – 360° Recruitment Consultant, who joined us in May 2024. With expertise in full-cycle recruitment, Oana has been instrumental in helping both candidates and clients find the perfect match.
• Sasha – Client Relationship Manager, who came on board in November 2024. Sasha has been driving client partnerships forward, ensuring that businesses working with us receive the best support and staffing solutions.

We’re thrilled to have them on the team and can’t wait to see their continued impact in 2025!

Expanding Our Reach – New Locations & Nationwide Growth

One of our biggest achievements this year was securing a nationwide supply contract with a longstanding client. This contract marks a significant step in our expansion plans, enabling us to open new offices and reach more businesses across the UK.

• Our Rainham office has expanded, providing greater capacity to support our growing client and candidate base.
• A new Newcastle location is set to open in In the next few months, supporting our increasing demand for recruitment solutions in the North of England.

These expansions allow us to better serve not just our local clients, but also on a national scale, bringing our expertise to more businesses and job seekers than ever before.

Strengthening Our Presence in the HGV Sector

2024 saw exceptional growth in our HGV recruitment division. With increasing demand in the logistics and transport sectors, we have successfully placed more drivers and transport staff than ever before, reinforcing our reputation as a leading recruitment partner in this fast-growing industry.

Enhancing the Candidate Experience – New CRM & Registration Process

To improve efficiency and streamline the recruitment process, we introduced a new and improved candidate registration system powered by a new CRM platform. This upgrade allows for:

• Faster and more efficient candidate onboarding
• A more seamless experience for both job seekers and clients
• Better placement accuracy

With this improvement, we are confident in delivering an even higher level of service to both our candidates and clients.
