2019 was an amazing year that saw us over achieve our predicted growth.
This led to us needing to move to larger offices in December 2019 to accommodate and suport that growth.
We are definitely looking forward to seeing the successes 2020 will hold for us!

The IR35 legislation reforms have been plaguing the public sector since 2017, but did you knowit's due to hit the private sector in April this year?
The IR35 reforms could potentially impact the way many drivers are paid which could potentially make situations worse in relation to the driver shortage if we don't do something about it now.
The IR35 legislations means many drivers will need to be moved to a PAYE solution as they will no longer have the option of Ltd in most
cases.
What you need to do is start having those difficult conversations sooner rather than later in order to ensure the impact of this reform is minimal.
